Who we are
This website, kasis.io, is published by Kasis BV, company number BE 0550.938.224, Belgium. Kasis BV is the controller of the personal data described below. For any question about this policy or your data, write to info@kasis.eu.
What this website does not do
There is no advertising and no advertising cookie on this website. There is no contact form, no account and no newsletter. We do not sell personal data. The fonts and images are hosted on our own server, and the LinkedIn links on the page are plain links: nothing is loaded from LinkedIn until you click them.
Data we process
Server logs
When you visit the site, our web server records technical information such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. We use these logs only to run and secure the website. They are kept for a limited time and then deleted. The site is hosted on a server in the European Union.
E-mails you send us
If you write to us, we use your name, e-mail address and message to reply and, where relevant, to prepare or follow up a business relationship. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps taken at your request before a contract. We keep this correspondence as long as needed for that purpose and for our legal obligations.
Audience measurement (Google Analytics)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location (country, city), type of device and browser, and how you arrived on the site. Google Analytics stores its cookies on your device only after you have accepted. Without your consent, no Google Analytics cookie is stored and Google only receives limited, cookie-less signals (Google consent mode). Legal basis: your consent. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account, at most 14 months.
Your consent is collected with Google’s consent management tool (“Privacy & messaging”). You can change or withdraw it at any time with the “Privacy settings” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in a cookie on your device.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided by the GDPR. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@kasis.eu.
